Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Joinora (the "Service"), provided by Joinora ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on the Service — invitation text, photos, guest lists, and so on ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and your invitees.

You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates anyone's privacy.

5. Plans, payments, and refunds

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are charged at the price shown at checkout, in the currency indicated. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

Taxes (if any) are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its templates, designs, code, brand marks, and content (other than Your Content) — is owned by Joinora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (payment processors, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invitations and RSVPs will reach every recipient.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joinora's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 — whichever is greater. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app banner). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
